The receptionist phoned me, giving me a choice of dates and times for my appointment. She was very friendly and helpful. Another member of staff phoned me with the results of my blood test to inform me that there would be a change to the amount of medication I take. Everything was sorted for me and she explained why the change was necessary

I don’t believe that anything could have been done better, I am very happy with the service I received.

I would like to tell something about Jennie, She always smile, kind, positive, and trustfull person! She definately likes her job. She did my ECG monitoring couple days ago and i have felt very safe and confortable.

Doctor Stocks rang as promised. Received a professional examination with the doctor involving me in the decisions. Blood test arranged for next day. Very efficient service … appointment was on time and the service from the nurse was excellent. Reception staff polite and helpful.
